The Leadership Stack™  ·  A Six-Week Experience for Women Who Lead

No one prepares you for the weight of being the one people count on.

You can be good at leading and still feel tired from everything leadership asks of you.

You can love the work and still wonder why it takes so much out of you.

And that does not mean you are doing it wrong. It means leadership is real.

The Leadership Stack™ is a six-week cohort for women leaders who are ready for a better way to lead. It is a small-room experience where we will work on what actually shows up in your leadership life: the weight you feel, the rooms you have to walk into, and the decisions you have to make when the answer is not obvious.

Faith runs through all of it.

Who This Is For

Listen. You know how to do the job.

That was never the question.

People trust you. They come to you for answers, direction, and steadiness. And most days, you give it.

You show up.

You answer the message.

You encourage the team.

You think through the thing no one else sees.

And sometimes you carry the conversation home because you are still trying to make sense of it.

From the outside, you may look like you have it together. But privately, you have wondered:

"Is there a better way to do this?"

Maybe you recognize this

"You have sat in the car after a long day and needed a few minutes before walking into the house."

"You have said yes because explaining why you were already at capacity felt harder than just doing it yourself."

"People are so used to you being strong that they do not always think to ask if you need support too."

The Leadership Stack™ was built for women leading with real responsibility — in corporate, ministry, business, nonprofit work, or more than one of those spaces at once.

This is not a program that teaches you how to become a leader. You are already leading.

This is about learning how to lead with more wisdom, support, and steadiness.

What Could Shift in Six Weeks

Imagine six weeks from now.

Not a completely different life. Not an empty calendar. Not a version of leadership where no one needs anything and every decision is simple. That is not real.

But imagine this.

You walk into an important conversation prepared instead of bracing.

You make a difficult decision with more peace, even without every piece of information you wish you had.

You set a boundary without feeling like you have failed someone.

You begin to notice where you have been taking responsibility for things that were never meant to rest fully on you.

And you are not trying to figure everything out in your own head anymore.

The Leadership Stack™ will not make your responsibilities disappear. But it will help you approach them differently.

You will leave with practical tools, clearer language, and a steadier way through the leadership moments that used to drain you.

Maybe the question is not whether you are a good leader. Maybe the question is whether the way you have been doing it is sustainable.

"Both you and these people who are with you will surely wear yourselves out. For this thing is too much for you; you are not able to perform it by yourself." — Exodus 18:18

What We Will Work Through Together

This cohort is built around what women leaders have actually named in real conversations. Not leadership theory. Real pressure. Real rooms. Real decisions. We will spend two weeks in each area, with faith woven through the work instead of added at the end.

Weeks 1 & 2

The Weight

Sustainable Leadership: Leading Without Losing Yourself

We start with what many women leaders are managing quietly. The over-functioning. The full calendar. The emotional labor of being the one who notices, remembers, follows up, checks in, smooths things over, and still has to get the work done.

We will work on boundaries in a way that is honest and usable. Not just "no is a complete sentence." You already know that. Instead, we will look at what is yours to carry, what needs to be shared, and what may need to be released.

Leadership may stretch you. But it should not consume you.

Weeks 3 & 4

The Room

Presence, Respect, and Leadership Communication

Then we move to the room. The meeting where you need to speak clearly. The conversation where you feel yourself wanting to over-explain. The moment when you know what needs to be said, but you are trying to say it with wisdom and still be true to who you are.

We will work on presence without performance. We will talk about handling pushback, preparing for important conversations, and showing up with steadiness in rooms you are called to help lead.

You belong in the room. Let's make sure you walk in like it.

Weeks 5 & 6

The Call

Decision-Making Under Pressure

Then we work on the call. The decision that does not come with perfect information. The moment when you have prayed, gathered what you can, listened carefully, and still have to move.

We will walk through how to make decisions with practical wisdom and spiritual grounding.

You may not get every answer. But you can learn to recognize the next faithful step.

Every week, we will apply the work to something real in your leadership life. This is not a lecture series. This is where we practice.

What's Included

Six weekly 90-minute live sessions.

Each week includes teaching, conversation, application, and hot-seat coaching. We will work with real situations: the conversation you need to prepare for, the boundary that has been sitting in your spirit, or the decision you need to think through. You do not have to come pretending.

The Leadership Identity Assessment.

You will complete this before we begin, so we start from where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

Three AI Leadership Companions you keep.

And let me say this plainly: you do not need to be technical. These tools are here to help you slow down and prepare instead of keeping everything in your head.

The Weight helps you think through boundaries, delegation, and accountability conversations.

The Room helps you prepare for high-stakes conversations and anticipate pushback.

The Call helps you walk through a real decision with both sound judgment and a faith lens.

They are yours to keep long after the cohort ends.

A private community you keep.

Not another noisy space. A place to process what is coming up, ask questions, and stay connected to women who understand the realities of leadership. Leadership can be lonely. It does not have to stay that way.

One 30-minute 1:1 integration call with me.

At the close of the cohort, we will talk through what shifted, what you are taking forward, and what still needs attention. The goal is not just to finish six weeks. The goal is to leave with something you can live from.

About Your Facilitator

Belinda Gaston

Founder, Graced to Lead  ·  CEO, Gaston Consulting Group

Hi, I'm Belinda.

I created The Leadership Stack™ because I know what it feels like to lead with real responsibility.

For 25 years, I served in public health leadership, including 14 years at a national research organization where I rose to Associate Vice President. I led teams, managed complex federal programs, facilitated high-stakes conversations, and sat in rooms where the pressure was real, the decisions mattered, and the answers were not always obvious.

I know what it means to be responsible for people, outcomes, relationships, timelines, and decisions that affect more than just you.

And I know what it feels like when people look to you for clarity while you are privately carrying questions, pressure, and fatigue they may never see.

Alongside my executive leadership experience, I am a certified coach and facilitator, speaker, author, and ordained minister. I hold a master's degree in public health, and my work now sits at the intersection of leadership development, faith, strategy, and practical support for women who carry meaningful responsibility.

But The Leadership Stack™ did not come from a résumé.

It came from years of listening.

As I coached and facilitated women leaders across corporate, ministry, nonprofit, and business settings, I kept hearing different versions of the same sentence:

"I'm carrying a lot."

Sometimes it sounded like burnout. Sometimes it sounded like decision fatigue. Sometimes it sounded like loneliness. Sometimes it sounded like, "I know I'm called to this, but I cannot keep doing it this way."

That stayed with me. Because it was not a complaint. It was a signal.

Gifted, capable, faithful women were leading with real responsibility, but without enough space, support, language, or systems to lead in a way that was sustainable.

The Leadership Stack™ was built for that woman.

The woman who already knows how to lead, but is ready for a better way to do it. One with wisdom. One with support. One with room to breathe, practice, and lead from a steadier place.

That is why The Leadership Stack™ exists.

What Leaders Say

"Many people will claim that they put people first, but when a project or due date starts to put more pressure—the people aspect of the work diminishes. That's not Belinda. Her ability to lead with authority but not brute power translated into creating teams that could implement projects from ideation to dissemination. My direct reports would thank her for showing me how to be a leader, not a boss."

A.T.

MS, CCMP · Communications & Change Management Leader

"She is approachable but sturdy, and knows how to inspire people to do their best work. I admire her ability to offer critique and feedback without diminishing morale. She's able to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and partners—and that's clear to everyone she meets."

J.Y.

Founding Cohort Investment

The public rate for The Leadership Stack™ will start at $2,000.

As a founding member, your investment is $750, or three payments of $265.

The founding rate reflects an exchange. You receive the full experience at less than half the public rate, and in return, your feedback helps shape what this becomes. I will ask what is working, where you need more clarity, and what helped you most. And if the program earns it, I will ask for a testimonial. Not a forced one. An honest one.

Founding members also lock in their $750 rate for any future cohort they join — regardless of what the public rate becomes.

Seats and Dates

The founding cohort is capped at 12 women. That is intentional. Hot-seat coaching and honest conversation only work when the room stays small enough for you to be known by name.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time does this take each week?

One 90-minute live session, plus light reflection between sessions. This cohort is built around leadership work already on your desk. You will not need to invent extra projects.

When will the live sessions meet?

Sessions begin the first week of October and run for six weeks. Founding members will help select the weekly day from Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

What if I have to miss a session?

Life happens, especially at your level. Sessions are recorded and available privately to cohort members. The live room is where the richest coaching happens, so come live when you can.

I'm a corporate leader, not a ministry leader. Is this for me?

Yes. This cohort is built for women leading in any setting. You do not have to work in ministry to belong here. Faith runs through the experience honestly, and the leadership work is practical wherever you lead. If faith woven into leadership is not what you want, this is not the right room for you, and I would rather tell you that now. But if you have been looking for leadership development that makes room for your faith and your real responsibilities, you will feel at home here.

I'm not technical. Will I be able to use the AI tools?

Yes. The companions are built for leaders, not technologists. If you can have a conversation, you can use them. I will walk you through each one live.

Why is the founding rate less than half the public price?

Because you are joining the first cohort and helping shape the future version of the program. In return, I will ask for your honest feedback and a testimonial if the program earns one. The next cohort pays $2,000.

What kind of leader is this best for?

A woman already leading with meaningful responsibility who is willing to be honest, reflect, and participate in the room. This is not for passive watching. It is for women who are ready to lead differently.

Ready to Join Us?

Maybe you do not need to push harder.

Maybe you need a better way to lead.

One with wisdom.

One with support.

One with room to practice what leadership is asking of you now.

If this sounds like the room you have been needing, I would love to have you in the founding cohort.
