Belinda brings 25 years of experience leading teams and programs in public health, including 14 years at Westat and service as an Associate Vice President. She is an ICF-certified coach, certified AI consultant, professional facilitator, and ordained minister.
I built Leadership Stack because I know what it is to be capable, called, and carrying more than most people can see. For more than 25 years, I led teams, made hard decisions, and learned that strong leadership is not sustained by effort alone. Women need a trusted room to think, practice, and be supported.

What if I have to miss a session?
Life happens, especially at your level. Sessions are recorded and available privately to cohort members. The live room is where the richest coaching and practice happen, so make live participation a priority and use the recording when life genuinely intervenes.
Do I need to work in ministry, and how does faith show up?
No. This cohort is for women leading in corporate, nonprofit, business, ministry, and community settings. Faith is woven into our conversations, reflection, and discernment, while the leadership work remains practical and applicable wherever you lead.
What are the AI Leadership Companions, and do I need to be technical?
No technical background is required. The companions are guided conversational tools designed to help you prepare for hard conversations, sort through leadership pressure, and think through decisions. I will walk you through each one live. You will also learn when to use AI, when not to, and how to avoid sharing sensitive information.
Why is the founding rate less than half the public price?
